Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to ShooterShack five (5) days after the date sent.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • For training classes, there are no tangible items to ship. Delivery will be considered completed on the class date listed when the class begins. At this time, ShooterShack does not ship merchandise. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is picked up by you or your designee.   • Return Policy
  • No refunds on classes. $25 fee charged for changing class dates. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). ShooterShack reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may return some undamaged items purchased at ShooterShack within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
